El Camino Portugués de la Costa discurre junto al Atlántico desde Oporto, con Vila do Conde, Viana do Castelo, Caminha y A Guarda (primer pueblo gallego) como hitos, hasta enlazar con el Central en Redondela.

Es prácticamente llano y físicamente poco exigente, perfecto para quien ama el mar y busca menos aglomeración que el Central, aunque en temporada alta también se llena desde Vigo. Reconocido oficialmente por la Xunta en 2010.
