The Camí de Sant Jaume begins at Montserrat and drops westward along two branches (via Lleida or via San Juan de la Peña) until it merges with the Aragonés or with the Ebro and the Francés.

Documented since the 10th century (Abbot Cesáreo's pilgrimage in 959), it welcomed Greek, Italian and Balearic pilgrims arriving across the Mediterranean. A route of great monumental value and pleasantly quiet.

Who it's for

For those setting out in Catalonia, weaving heritage and pilgrimage into one.
